This would be 0 stars. Saturday, I am next in the queue with a big obvious parcel in my hand at 11.55am. The postman arrives, the man behind the counter refuses to take my parcel , despite me asking nicely, and instead stops to bag up the parcels for the postman (who was not in a hurry). I paid for 48 hour delivery and now my parcel won't go till Monday, 48 hours later, so what was the point, I want my money back. Service here is atrocious. The attitude at this post office is absolutely diabolical, they shouldn't have a licence. . I could add I am a woman and the server was from a background that obviously does not respect women.

Awful customer service, given a choice to send parcel of two prices very high and high twice the price for the service, unfriendly and dire service, by unsmiling keeper, if not for the time fact I would have walked out its far cheaper online just a time factor. Last time I go for the most unfriendly and miserable service. This used to be a buzzing place, I see why its empty of customers now just lost another.

Completely overcharged me for a parcel today, I questioned them and they said that prices have gone up but when I looked online for the size and weight of my parcel they'd overcharged me on purpose and I wish I had looked at reviews before this! It's a shame they get away with it funny thing is if I hadn't had this negative experience I would have spent 50 quid in this shop on behalf of the patients that wanted a shop run! But I went next door instead

Queues mount up and staff have a very strange way about them. At first they come across rude however, I’ve come to realise that it’s not rudeness it’s just incompetence. They don’t intend to be rude but that’s the way it comes across because they’re struggling sometimes.

Staff need more training, as wanted to cash a postal order and said I needed a receipt and the post master was not there. As long as I had proff of Id and the postal was not crossed. They should not refuse. Went to another post office no problem at all.
