Having previously called a different vets elsewhere, and being felt rushed to get off the phone without a definitive answer to my questions, I called Dovecote for some advice and guidance on my new pup, Peggy. The reception I got was a far cry from the experience with the other vets. The lady I spoke to took the time to answer my questions, gave me advice on insurance (that I never would have known) and also told me about the puppy plan offering. Peggy and I haven’t met them yet, but I already feel in safe hands! Thank you!
