Really friendly and helpful staff, more than happy for our Malti-poo to go inside while we were eating. Doughnuts are the best you'll get, my 74 year old Mum is not a big eater but there wasn't a crumb left of her Lotus Biscoff & Caramel Donut :D

Expensive so it was a one off, I'm glad there were offers which allowed for a budget friendly birthday treat! Very sweet and even better once shared, one of the better doughnuts I've tried and they have a nice vegan selection. Shop wasn't very welcoming, I wouldn't want to sit in and have my doughnut unfortunately! The atmosphere was cold. Not a cosy cuppa kind a place which is my personal preference, sorry guys. But lovely staff and products

Really disappointed, previously when I’ve been in I’ve always been given the donuts in a box to take away so they don’t stick together and they are flat. Today I went in one of the staff members said hi the other just stood there, no one asked if I wanted to eat in or takeaway. Ordered my donuts and they were shoved in a brown paper carrier bag, no box, no nothing. All stuck together icing all over the place. I love this place as well but this has put me off. For the price I expect the donuts to be transported home in one piece. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted them in a box or not! One of the donuts not pictured was face down on top of the other hence half the topping in the bottom of the bag. Not a great experience for a half term treat.
