An excellent gym spotlessly clean. And for the price you will struggle to better it. However since they have been forced to move their car park. Due to construction site. The car park they have been provided with, is barely fit for purpose. With it resembling no man's land of the Somme in the first world war!!! It really needs urgent pot hole repairs.

Recently joined and I'm impressed with the gym. The good: - Price, for £15 you get access to wide range of cardio and strength equipment - Car park, plenty of space whenever I've been and always managed to get a spot near the front - Cleanliness, believe it or not my last gym looked and smelt terrible, this gym looks and smells normal - Ambience, it's pleasant to work out, no loud music, no loud members and plenty of happy people The bad: - Unfortunately they still operate a card system, no app or code for entry like some other gyms - It would be better if they had a sit-up/hyper-extension bench. Conclusion: A great gym fr the price. I haven't used any of the sports facilities...yet so can't comment on them.

This is for young people who want to learn how to dance, which involves stretching as well. and a monthly payment of less than £40. you might get a discount if you have two or more kids to join. The coach is good, and she's teaching the kids beautifully how to dance. It's highly recommended.
