Terrible experience, did not tell me where my room was when finally pointed out the room was shabby and smelled of cigarettes (when pointed out to bar staff he said the couple who stayed there the night before stunk of weed). Breakfast was cold as hotplates not working when pointed out was made to feel it was my fault. Hugely understaffed (same staff working on every shift, tired and disinterested). Asked to explain the parking to me: Got frustrated and flustered and walked off halfway through (Still do not know if parking paid for). One word awful!

Rooms: Hard mattresses. Super hard. Rooms decent size, all mod cons except a fridge, I'd really like a little fridge, especially when staying three weeks.

This hotel sounds great in the front page on Google. But it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Me and my wife had a pie and mash for tea when we asked for gravy the waitress said that's 1pound fifty pence. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The bathroom toilet was dirty with limescale and the sink was chiped the bed was hard and had a mattress cover that wasn't comfortable. The staff looked very tired and had enough. I asked reception why was everyone tired and she said that they my had had a busy week. But that is there job and being miserable and not smiling put me in a position that that wasn't great. We all have pressure in our lifes but looking miserable in front of the public isn't great

(Translated by Google) This Hilton chain hotel, after adding "North" NORTH, is about 50-60 minutes' drive from downtown Oxford, and is located next to the highway interchange. If you do not drive by yourself, the surrounding life functions will be inconvenient. As indicated by the title punctuation, only an exclamation point was used, a question mark should have been added. The hotel parking lot and lobby are spacious, but the room is not big enough, and seems to be smaller than the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel of the same level I have stayed in before. The hotel looks like it has seen some age! 99% of the TV channels in the room are pronounced in English. Even German, Spanish, and French, which are important European language families, are only used as embellishments. Of course, other language families are completely absent. Standard English breakfast.
