While the room I had was nice my experience with service was unfortunately not great. I arrived after a long day and was advised the room was not ready, I was provided a free drink token and advised they'd let me know when my room was ready. I waited an hour before going back up to the desk to find the room had been ready a while and I'd not been informed... Also, I'd added a nights booking which I tried to get the same room for the second day, the person at the desk somehow didn't know which rooms were available the next day? In the end, I sorted it myself via the Hilton App. Just seems bonkers that check in staff don't have that information available.
