This is as close as I've ever come to experiencing the platonic ideal of pan fried dumplings. Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and incredibly flavorful in the inside. Definitely the best dumplings of this kind in London, and some of the best I've ever had. And I grew up in Asia.

What a surprise. Came over for a pre dinner drink at Ridley road bar, and was surprised with their new food offer. We ended up cancelling our dinner and stuffing ourselves with pork dumplings. Super tasty, crispy layer on the outside, and the tofu chips are to die for🤩. Our new favourite in London for dumplings.

These are the best dumplings I’ve ever had! The vegan Mapo tofu one are an explosion of flavour. And the guy making them is ace, he even offered us some cucumbers with satay sauce to try! Love the bar, the buzz and food. Totally addictive!
