Excellent service, Mark was round promptly to measure up for our lounge bay window that needed repairing. I had new double glazed doors fitted by someone else, ever since I had a breeze. Got Mark round to give me a free quote, lovley chatty guy, he checked the windows and the glass was not fitted correctly, the doors didnt shut easily either, he was able to fix the problem there & then re aligned everything & was reasonably priced it didn't take long! Having been let down by a previous company (no phone backs when promised) I turned to Mark after reading terrific reviews. Boy am I glad I did. Came to me within a day to assess a hinge issue I had. Was so honest after an initial photo of the problem I sent to him, by saying I didn't need to have as much done to rectify the problem.
