  I reached out to both Everest & Eaton, for a quote to replace 4 windows & the front door when I was in the process of buying my new house. Everest basically told me to come back to them when the sale was complete & were neither friendly nor interested in my business. Emma at Eaton, however, was so amazing & helpful. Since I didn't have easy access to the property, she asked me to send her the photos of the windows I wanted to replace. With just that information, she gave me an initial quote, all the while telling me why certain upgrades were not suitable/necessary in my situation (instead of trying to upsell me!) and giving me patient & clear guidance on my options. Once I moved, she had an appointment booked in for me for measurements & sent chocolates as a housewarming present, with the gentlemen who came to measure the windows and door! The initial quotes with the photographs were spot on & didn't change after the measurements were done in person. The guys who came to do the measurements were super lovely too, shout out to Mo & Anthony! Throughout the very stressful process of buying a house, moving & organising everything one needs for a new home, Emma & Eaton have been by far the easiest & least stressful part of the entire process. My windows and door will be installed in the next couple of weeks & I will post an update for the actual materials, but I am so damn thrilled with the service I've received that I wanted to leave a review for that aspect now.

  I had a old double glazed bedroom window replaced. Excellent price and service from a local company. Matt, installer did a great job, friendly, very knowledge and tidy. The work was done in less than 2 hours. High quality window, very happy with the installation. I would recommend Eaton home improvements to friends and family. Support your local business. I have also placed an order to upgrade an old door to a composite one, excellent price quoted. Mo who does the property surveys is very knowledgeable and ensures the best quality windows are sourced. Mo is happy to talk through options for window and door designs and answer technical questions. Great customer service. Update to my review as I had a door installed by the same company. This company installed a composite door and window above door (New frame and top light) as the old one was upvc over 20 years old. I had a bedroom window fitted by the same company so placed an order for the front door. Eaton home improvements kept to promises and pricing quoted to me. Mo the surveyor did an excellent job of explaining the different types of door available and also made me of aware of some the challenges they can face when installing new door in older properties. The old upvc door was not installed very well so the plaster above door was coming off and strange noises would be heard on windy days. I specifically asked for Matt the installer to install the new door as he did a brilliant job last time on the bedroom window. Matt did an awesome job fitting the composite door and went through some issues he found and fixed example broken plaster above door. The whole experience was great and my family are very happy with new door which is secure and modern Matt explained how to open and close the door. Cleaned up the rubble and took away the old door and frame. I plan to have further work done by Eaton as they are reliable, stick to timescales and prices quoted.   [Edited review]. The original review is below, but I changed my rating to 5 stars because of the stellar post-installation service we received. There were minor issues with our front and back door, which were both fixed promptly and expertly. Eight months after installation, we are still loving our triple-glazed windows. They have kept us warm over the winter and the noise reduction is amazing. [Original review] A company that cares. There are certainly aspects of our experience with Eaton Home Improvements that deserve 5 stars. Its attention to customer service is second to none, and Emma deserves 6 stars! However, we experienced a lot of preventable delays and there are quite a few remaining quality niggles (windows catching, visible gaps in the beading for some panes, kitchen door sagging) that we grew tired of pointing out during installation. Hence the 4-star rating. All in all, though, I would still give Eaton serious consideration for your new windows and doors, especially if your job is not as big as ours. We asked for several quotes to replace our 16 windows and three doors with triple glazing and install a composite front door. Two of the quotes were from the big two (Everest and Anglia); their quotes were quite high and their sales tactics pushy, clearly designed to get the customer to decide quickly. We therefore decided to ask a third quote from Eaton, because they had a good Trustpilot rating and were – we thought – a local company (we live in the London area). The fact that they are not (they are located in Birmingham) turned out to be the main problem. It meant the installation process wasn’t nearly as smooth as it could and should have been. We experienced considerable delays in getting the job finished. The original installation was meant to take place over 4-5 days in June with the installers staying over in the London area. But it stretched out over nearly six weeks because the wrong glazing was ordered for some of the panes and not all the right beading was included. Most importantly, the installer didn’t turn up when agreed, missing a full day, and worked short days for most of the other days. This resulted in the job being unfinished for many weeks, with half of our windows left unsealed and quite a few not openable over the hot Summer because of lack of beading. The installer in question is no longer with the company and his replacement – who completed the last day of our installation – was very good and hardworking. The positives of Eaton are their fair price, fair quality product, and its excellent customer service; Emma will go out of her way to ensure customers are happy. Apart from the remaining quality niggles, the end result is very good. The triple-glazed windows make a big difference in cutting out the noise, our rooms are lighter than before, and the composite door is beautiful and safe. There was also far less mess during the installation than we feared and no damage to the surrounding walls. With a new installer and better planning of distance jobs I am sure Eaton Home Improvements will do well.

  First of all I would like to say I am a very hard person to please but when I say I am absolutely in love with my leaded windows that is an understatement. From the moment mo came to the time the windows were installed has been an absolute dream process. Everything was clearly explained, nothing was too much hard work for this brilliant team. Emma is an absolute angel she had the patient of a saint she is very very knowledgeable and knows her stuff she is very thorough and precise in her work, the whole team goes above and beyond to accommodate you. The precision by which the fitting is done is second to none .   We recently had 3 windows and 2 doors installed by Eaton Home Improvements Absolute 5-star service from start to finish. The manager Emma particularly stood out - we had a lot of questions and not much time but she was so patient and worked with us to find the most suitable options. Nothing was too much trouble and she went through option after option with us until we were happy. The fitters were also very professional - they arrived on time, laid dust sheets and made minimal mess. They ensured everything was left immaculate - even hoovering the carpets. We are every happy with the quality, service and cost would definitely recommend you to friendsand family, will be going back to them to get more Improvements done when funds allow!
