Their website booking system is faulty. We decided to book 5 people for 8:30 time slot for an hour session. But as they close at 9 they let you continue but automatically change the booking time to 8pm without warning you. As soon as you click pay you receive the booking email and can not change your booking time anymore unless it’s over 7 days. Which is a total scam because most people will book an activity a couple days in advance so they can never reschedule as their policy is 7 days in advance. We visited their range before and the activity and organising is a good set out. However customer service is terrible. I’ve been 3 times in the space of 4 weeks travelling from Manchester with different every time.

Came at short notice with my GF. The staff at the range are super accommodating and friendly, I had prior weapons handling experience, but my partner didn't, they showed her the principles of weapon safety and basic instructions. Point, Squeeze, Bang. Had an absolute blast and thoroughly enjoyed it. (be prepared to buy extra mags as. 22 drains fast) Thank You Double Deuce for a great session!
