honestly the most amazing experience. we had an emergency where our other balloons we had ordered (not from dottydot) were deflated and it was our grandmas 80th birthday! i gave the lovely lady a call and asked if i could get an emergency click and collect and the same day we had a beautiful, beautiful balloon bouquet ready for us to go pick up, she was so sweet and kind even though i was running around like a headless chicken trying to get it sorted. will DEFINITELY be using dottydot for any future balloon needs. truly a lovely experience. thank you again!

Lorna has been excellent whenever she has helped us out. She listens to what you want and always provides a custom display with a smile! For example she made one display so that the children could disassemble parts into smaller balloons they could take away & play with. We have used many times now for birthdays, family events and even a wake (which as you can imagine needs to be done right)…perfect every time! We have recommended to many friends & family and shall continue to do so.
