  I had the most amazing experience during my bridal appointment at Dotty. Emma looked after us and she made the whole experience so special. I had visited 2 London boutiques the week before and was really disappointed about the experience so it was such a contrast to have a personalised, not rushed experience where Emma gave me the confidence to choose my dress at my first appointment at Dotty! And the boutique and dresses are stunning. Can’t reccomend enough !!

  I cant thank Amy enough for the amazing way she looked after me. She was incredibly professional, patient and friendly with reassuring words of encouragement given my lack of confidence and reluctance to wear a frock. She gave amazing advice and helped me enjoy the process rather than dread it. Thank you Amy and Dotty x Highly recommend you to all x

  I had the most wonderful experience with Alex at Edit by Dotty. She was so knowledgeable with the dresses they had in store and was able to pick up on what things were important to me and select styles that she felt would match my ideal dress style. She was able to adapt very last minute to accommodate my grandma who wasn’t able to make it up to their usual fitting rooms on the third floor. But still made it a special occasion for me and my guests. The dresses are also all beautiful and adaptable in many ways. I found a dress I loved but wasn’t sure if it was the one but then with some suggested adaptations it became the perfect dress for me!! Without Alex’s knowledge of how things could be adapted, I wouldn’t have walked away from that appointment having purchased a dress. 100% would recommend Edit by Dotty.

  I had THE best day visiting this gorgoues Dotty Bridal Boutique. I had the lovely Georgie who helped me find my dream dress. She was just fab helping me find something that would fit my style and personality (thank you so much Georgie!!!✨). The experience was just amazing and everything felt so relaxed! 😊 I would reccomend this place to anyone x

  Dotty was the perfect place when finding my wedding dress. I went to both off-the-peg and the main Dotty boutique and chose a dress from their main boutique. We had the wonderful Emma at both otp and Dotty, which was really nice and she gained an understanding of my style and what suited me, what I liked and was able to pick out dresses for me to try one She went the extra mile and brought one of my favourite dresses with her from the day before so that I could try it on again the next day with some new dresses. I never got the feeling that I was being pushed into buying a dress and I was able to go back and forth trying several dresses to find the favourite. She made feel super comfortable, was so chatty and had the tissues and Prosecco ready when needed! So so happy that I came to Dotty and Emma made it all the more magical! Thank you so much! Gem :) xx

  I visited Dotty Bridal on Saturday and said Yes to the Dress!! The whole experience from start to finish was incredible! From the initial phone call to book the appointment, to meeting and greeting as I stepped through the door. They were to able to complete a special order for me, for which I was so grateful, and the attention to detail of getting that dress ready for me in the suite when I arrived was just so special. Gemma, my stylist was so lovely, making me feel completely at ease. I sometimes can feel really self conscious and overwhelmed and I truly felt special and beautiful, so thank you so much Gemma. The Cloud Experience was amazing, and my family all agreed how memorable a day it was. For any bride to be, this boutique is a much visit! Thank you so much to all of the team at Dotty Bridal!!

  My daughter chose dotty for her wedding dress shopping and myself and her 2 sisters went along with her,the lady who looked after her was fabulous and extremely helpful the shop is beautiful with stunning dresses and Beth chose her dress that day ,we were given prosecco and booked the cloud suite for a more personal experience it did come at a cost of £50 which I am aware a few shops do this most take cost off the dress if you purchase one , unfortunately Dotty don't do this which is a shame when spending hundreds of pounds on a dress but non the less it was an all round relaxing and memorable day made better by the excellent customer service,it would have been 5 stars but I had to deduct one becythe pick up of the dress is very underwhelming tbh it was at dotty off the peg which to say how beautiful the other shop is I was expecting similar,but I was shocked at how shabby the fitting room is falling apart navy curtains,strange plastic plant things hanging from the ceiling,no offer of a beverage or anything,didn't get to try any accessories or veils ect we were in and out within 30 mins which to say when we had travelled from Harrogate the night before and stayed over especially was tad disappointed ☹️,the lady was lovely who saw us and very friendly and bubbly I just get the impression that Dottie aren't as attentive once the purchase is made Beth had to email several times as we were up against the pump time wise for fittings and as we live miles away ,free time is limited A little investment in the off the peg shop is desperately needed to make the whole experience special if it had been up to Dotty standard we would have given 5 star as the staff are great and the dress is perfect,jst the collection needs a little more attention and TLC a refit of the fitting room in particular 👌

  Thank you soo much to Dotty Bridal for the most unbelievable experience! Claire was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She has gone above and beyond any expectations and I can't thank her enough for everything! The choice of dresses and accessories is unreal 😍 The guidance and expertise given to navigate through it all was calming, honest and exciting. Only gutted that I can’t do it all again
