I booked via Treatwell a month I advance, and my appointment got cancelled less than 45 minutes before my booking without explanation. Needless to say I didn't see the cancellation email as it was such short notice, and I arrived for the appointment. There was no one at reception or there at all, I waited but no one appeared and then saw the email. Really bizarre and won't book again.
