Terrible service and poor management of the front office! I stayed as part of a regular corporate group booking of 15 rooms. During check in, we waited 30 mins before all the key cards were ready. One of my colleagues who received her key first, went up to a room still being cleaned by the housekeeper. The AC was non-existent and try calling Guest Services or Operator, no one picked up. I woke up in a sweat and it was really stuffy. All I needed was a fan. We also made a group breakfast reservation upon check in. To our surprise, it wasn’t made and it was due to the staff assuming we were part of another group just because we were of the same nationality. We had to look for another breakfast joint on the spot outside the hotel for 15 of us. My key card couldn’t work for the gym. The front office had 3 receptionists, 2 were attending to check-ins (took a really long time and seems like the room was not ready). It was already 10pm. There were 2 other guests waiting at the side and I queued behind patiently to get my key sorted. Another lady guest came holding her key packet, needing help as well. She then moved to my right closer to the two guests who were waiting on the side. When the middle receptionist finished his dealings with the two guests, he immediately attended to the lady guest closest to him. It’s atrocious that 3 receptionists were there yet NONE acknowledged my presence and he had the cheek to attend to someone who barely waited. The least they could do was to give a nod or say “I will be right with you.” The fact that the receptionist ask for my room number straight to code my key card, shows his lack of PDPA training. No one should prepare a key to a room number just by telling you their room number. They did not ask for any photo ID. No apologies for causing me to wait so long, no sense of urgency etc. I FEEL UNSAFE STAYING IN THIS HOTEL. The front office needs help and proper training. They are incompetent and unprofessional in so many areas. What a complete disappointment!

Stayed here quite often but of late, it's a letdown. Last month, my air-conditioning was spoiled and when I requested for a change of room, they told me that none was available and I needed to wait till 1 plus noon till there were rooms available to change. I was there at 8am but slept in the room with a fan till the room was changed. This time was even worse, their TV was not working. I called the guest service from my room at 9am plus but it was not answered. After my nap around 2pm, I went down and informed them about the spoiled TV and was told that rooms will be available from 2pm the next day as all their rooms are full. I have no choice but to be in a room with a spoiled TV till tomorrow around 2pm. I wonder if they really do repair their TV or do they continue to let guests stay in that room as this hotel is always full? The room number with the spoiled TV will be provided after I have checked out from my room. Food & drinks: It's situated in a very good location. Loads of food and drinks nearby.
