We had a really bad experience and would not recommend this place at all. Our shower cubicle door broke and was inoperable. When we asked if we could get it fixed and have a later checkout we were told no and there was no offer to compensate us despite not being able to shower before leaving. They also take lots of personal data on check-in, refusing you access your room without this. We had no choice but to comply. So this was a very bad experience. Staff were dismissive and rude.

Checked in for a business trip a one night stay. I work in education so travel a lot. When arrived I was asked for ID, I don’t normally carry photonID when in the UK because never have ever needed it before, however and a photo of my passport and it was accepted. Then they asked for a £50 deposit. I explained to them when I booked the hotel via my employer it didn’t state that I needed to bring ID or pay a deposit. I advised them that I didn’t have £50 in my bank (Day before payday) plus don’t own any credit cards. A female receptionist said that I was lying and it came to a point I said “Would you like to see my bank account ?” , I was so embarrassed and was in tears and I said I travel lots because of work and this has never happened to me before. The same female assistant called me a liar and said “Well I can’t believe that ?” Honestly the worse experience I have ever had a single female traveller on a business trip Expensive for the room but great location

Stayed for 4 nights exactly within the transformation from Dorsett City to Saint Hotel. We got highest floor and amazing view on the city skyline, room was not to big but still quite spacious compared to other London middle-segment. Interior is a little kitsch, but still nice even for a “basic and minimalistic” lover. It was in the middle of transition but I think they have managed it good despite lobby was already being refurbished and staff changes. Big pluses: Location, tube at the doorstep, really comfortable if you need to run errands within city. Very smiley and friendly staff Window view Lots of shops/ standard cafes around Renovated rooms Minor drawbacks: no proper hangers for coat near the door! Sure there is a wardrobe in the bedroom, but you don’t want street clothes hanging with your regular ones… Couple of times they didn’t replenish vanity kits but brought more on the next day (so quickly reformed:)). Check in 15 and check out at 11 is also a little “not too comfy”, but what can one do. Overall I enjoyed the stay and can imagine to come back.

Great flowers in the entrance Nice that you got a bottle of water in the room every day, but we thought the floor with stains on the carpet where you walk barefoot needed fixing. (Original) Ingen klädhängare för utekläder efter det har regnat. 15 minuter för att incheckning sen glömde dom vinflaskan som vi skulle fått Väldigt mycket personal i receptionen och restaurangen skulle vara bra om ett annan språk en bara engelska är obligatoriskt, vi behövde hjälp med en bokning som dom inte kunde hjälpa oss med. Jättefina blommorna i entrén Trevlig att man fick varje dag en vattenflaska i rummet men vi tyckte golvet med fläckar på mattan där man går barfota behövs åtgärda.
