I spent a lot of time doing my research for my new shed as they are not cheap and the old adage that you ‘get what you pay for’ certainly applies. Well in this case it is absolutely true and I could not be happier. From the numerous emails to the office, to ask far too many questions I am sure for what was just the purchase of a shed, my queries were always answered quickly, politely and nothing was ever too much trouble. To my visit to the site where you can actually touch, feel and see what you are buying and the range of colours available. The fantastic Simone who looked at all my photos of what I had there already and guided me through what might work better and boy does it! The fact that each shed comes pre treated with two coats of solvent based preservative, the wood is top quality and the attention to details is fabulous. Even down to the team that delivered the shed who were cheerful, friendly and took the time to talk me through each step of how to put the shed up. I cannot emphasise enough the need to support local family businesses who still value the importance of quality products with outstanding customer care. You will not be disappointed if you choose the spend your hard earned money with this lovely business.

Pros: Service was quick, friendly and clear. Simone was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. The delivery time was relatively prompt and the construction was quick too. We appreciated the bespoke options available so we could add height to our shed. Cons: there are large, very dark pencil markings all over the door of our shed that were not rubbed out before coating so they’re now impossible to remove. This attention to detail is disappointing hence the star removed.

What a great company to deal with - friendly, professional, and produced/installed us a superior quality shed and wood store with no fuss at all. The guys who came to install the shed and wood store were polite, knowledgable, and checked with us exactly where we wanted everything sited, with any fine details double-checked before final fitting. Really impressed, and would highly recommend Dorset Sheds!
