I often come to Dorset Reclaim in Bournemouth with my Mum. We are always made to feel so welcome. The reception area is beautifully laid out with items clearly displayed and priced. Luke, on the front desk, is such a helpful and friendly member of staff who always greets us with a smile. The layout of the main warehouse is readily accessible, well organised, clean and tidy. Recently, it has undergone such an amazing transformation at the hands of Karen, the Assistant Manager. She has thoughtfully considered how best to display all manner of goods, which are clearly and competitively priced. Karen, too, goes above and beyond to help her customers. Finally, I must mention Darren, the Manager. He couldn’t be more helpful with any query we’ve had in the past and is only too happy to help. This is such a great place to visit! See you soon! Booked them to take 2 items away for a fee. Got a call on the day of collection to say they were not coming but would come the following week. Again got a phone call a week later to say not coming again. Not impressed

Atrocious, overcharged and not taking away that, which I asked to be taken. For a Registered Charity I for one am not impressed with the service, and I use the word service derogatorily. I will be taking this up at the highest level.
