Friendly, honest, fair and extremely recommendable. We were just visiting from Germany for a week, as the Motor went. In the same afternoon he diagnosed the problem, repaired it and charged a total of only 90£. As I paid, 2 of the 20£ notes were stuck together which resulted in me paying too much. The next morning, he rang me up and told me about my mistake. He did an excellent job of repairing the car and to a decent rate but to have the decency to put himself out of his way, to call me about the 20£ was not only very touching but also heart-warming.
