Awful company installed 5m wide aluminium sliding doors & UPVC side door very poor workmanship have had to have the side door fixed numerous times it’s the worse install they’ve ever seen apparently numerous mistakes made left with door installed and no glass unbelievable they couldn’t care less once they’ve received payment, regret using them.

When your sliding doors installer has rubbish after care we contacted Steve Palmer at Dorset Glass, to look at our heavy/hard to slide door. He said he’d send his chaps round to assess our doors. Brilliant service and they investigated the issue + gave us good advice. It’s nice to know there are genuine firms out there who are prepared to look into a problem.
