Contracted for mould treatment and installation of passive air vents to prevent recurrence. Very happy with the works carried out, Anthony was friendly and professional However there were some significant issues around communication and customer service. The job had to be rescheduled at short notice as the vents had not arrived in time, we were kindly given a 10% discount for this inconvenience. When it came to the day the job was scheduled though, nobody showed up and it wasn't until I called up that I was told the vents had not arrived still and nobody would be coming that day.
