Exactly the kind of service I'm happy to pay for. Drew is a very personable chap. He arrived precisely on time, fixed my broken Garador (snapped cable) and adjusted it to run more smoothly than I've ever known. He gave me lots of advice/prices on fitting a new door for me. He will definitely get the job eventually, but for now it seems as if I've got a new door anyway - so smooth it's a pleasure to use. All in all, a very happy experience. (Note: I was thinking of attempting the repair myself. I am so glad I didn't as I would not have known the wrinkles that make the job really successful and safe.)
