Had an emergency visit Saturday pm and I can't fault any of the staff. From paramedics Evie and Lauren to JJ and Dan in the ED dept and Theresa on Ilchester ward. They all made me feel safe and secure . A big thank you to you all and your teams for all you did to make me feel comfortable and cared for.

From the initial 111 call, where I got through straight away, to the fabulous paramedics, to the amazing Drs and nurses who treated my husband, I have no complaints whatsoever. What was thought initially to be sepsis, turned out to be a virus. At no point did they make either of us feel like time wasters. In fact they couldn’t have been kinder. A wonderful team from beginning to end. Thank you so much!
