Above and beyond kind of business. Our flight was delayed by more than seven hours yet both our cars were there for us! Dorset Airport Taxi gave us fabulous service at very short notice. I had to be repatriated after an accident on holiday and they dispatched a taxi immediately to collect us from Heathrow. The plane arrived earlier than expected, but our driver Alin was already there. He was courteous, helpful and a very good driver. Communication was excellent throughout, and the cost was very good value. I highly recommend this company. Liz Le Rossignol.

Excellent service. This was a hastily arranged airport pick-up from Southampton Airport to Bournemouth (because of the rail strike). The customer service from Dorset Airport Taxi was great: extremely responsive and helpful. Their driver (Daniel) was waiting for us on time (messaging and calling us shortly after our flight landed).... very courteous and helpful. The car was great as was the smooth drive back to our house. Highly Recommended!!

Had a taxi for five of us two pick ups from Bournemouth to Gatwick and return three weeks later with an early pick up from gatwick 2.00am , best service we have ever had , all on time really nice and clean vehicle and polite drivers, price was very competitive as well.
