Gels chipped and peeled after 1 week even though I did not do anything out of the ordinary (my previous gel nails at another salon lasted 3.5 weeks without chipping). The salon was not relaxing as I could hear the staff organising admin at the desk and my nail technician talked about the business a lot and what was losing them money. Part of getting your nails done is to get away from reality and have a treat and I did not find this the case here. When I called to get the gels removed they could not fit me in and when I said they were chipped they said well it depends what you do with them. No apology. Such a shame as it is a good local spot.

Been using Christine’s for a couple of months now for BIAB nails and have used the salon a couple of times in the past for other treatments. Always a very professional and efficient treatment by someone who clearly takes a lot of pride in their work, staff always friendly and welcoming can’t fault them.

I’ve had waxing, acrylic nails, gel nails and I am now on my BIAB nail journey and I am always so impressed with the quality of the work done! My nails have gone from my least favourite thing to what I show off the most! I always have Katie do my treatments but I’ve also had Christine do my acrylics and they’re both so lovely and welcoming!
