    Grandmother gave me money to purchase a mattress topper on her behalf. Brought the product in Early February. Still wasn't delivered its now May. When asking for a refund they said they didn't have the money to give me a refund as they went bankrupt and are under new ownership. Got a refund through PayPal. Product wasn't ready for months and the delivery date kept getting pushed back each time. No compensation given. TV adverts are very misleading. If you haven't got the stock in the first place for a basic product I suggest you put out of stock on the website and realistic delivery date.

    Bought a Mattress in February, which they wanted to delivery after 2 months, as they went into administration. I had to cancel it as cannot wait that long and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK after claiming back it 2 months ago. Absolutely shocker of this service.

    I’d give this company a 0 if I could. Ordered. Mattress topper which comes with a free memory pillow back in mid February, to then be told I’d have to wait 6 weeks due to the company being bought out. Waited the 6 weeks to then be told I’d have to wait even longer. Waited longer and was told again to wait longer. This continued for 3 months where I’ve only just received the items today. Awful service.

    I ordered a dormeo fresh mattress for my 10 year old daughter who was suffering with back ache on the mattress she had.We placed it on march 31st 2023 and were told it would be 14 to 28 days.When the 28 days came we got an email saying delivery was delayed until may the 9th. When may the ninth came another email saying delivery delayed until 16th of may, when that date came close another email saying delivery delayed until 30th of may two months after ordering. I phoned customer service who were unapologetic and said they couldn't even guarantee this date. I looked on the website and asked if they would upgrade me to the next cheapest mattress that had a three to five working days delivery for free because of the inconvenience, the upgrade was only £90 but they refused. I cancelled the order, it looks like it was for the best, as looking at other reviews, people waited months for delivery and then found the mattress to be very thin and uncomfortable have since bought a mattress from a reputable company.
