Awful service everytime I've been waiting for results I've had to chase them. I have then had a long wait for results I'm in my early 40s and have been pending an MS diagnosis for ages. Again I had to chase and then wait for an appointment. Dr Aposta rang two hours before the allocated call time. I called straight back was I would get a call. I didn't at all even at the time they said in the original text. I'm now being told I can't have my results until 11th January! It's 13th December. This is a life changing thing I'm broken
