Oh if only I a person who has actually nothing at all to do with this place in the fact that I do not go there as I do not live in the area could really explain to people what happened when I was due to TOTALLY MALICIOUS DEFAMATORY FALSEHOODS reported by the relatives of a very formal distant friend to a GP at this surgery...yes it was totally vile and uncalled for what happened to for...what happened to me ,A doctor withholding his phone number rang me out of the blue and bullied me on the telephone I am a senior citizen woman and just had to sit there a d listen to the rubbish about what a bad person I was to the person who I had at my expense of financial and reputation helped at their request and now my life is literally in ruins be cause the rekatuves told the same lies elsewhere..I would add that they are not my relatives I have none all deceased and this iswhat made me a target IE it was all too easy.Surely the doctor at this surgery was not so stupid as to believe the lies and he should have checked the truth out before this blatant attack on an innocent elderly person like myself Does this not go out of the boundaries of his jurisdiction... legally yes it does morally too.

Do not expect compassion or friendliness when informing the reception staff that a family member has passed away- no offering of condolences, just to be told “right that’s fine she’s been deducted from our services”. Disgusting! Also do not expect anything more from the GP’s, the way they treated my mother throughout her time as a patient was with arrogance and disrespect.

Had my first covid vaccine jab there and found the staff, system, and overall experience very good. There was a short queue but staff were on site to guide people to the correct place. The reception staff were friendly, and the nurse was cheerful and lovely. Only downside might be the lack of car park on site, but plenty of side roads for that.
