Visiting Dorchester for the weekend, my wife's scooter batteries gave up the ghost. Called Dorchester Mobility and they could not have been more helpful. Not only did James resource replacement batteries from elsewhere, he loaned me a scooter so that the wife was not stuck in the hotel for the weekend. Wish every Mobility shop was this customer focused. Would highly recommend this wonderful service.

What amazing service. ! I phoned up at 11am on Saturday morning and explained I was looking for a rising recliner chair for a very sick neighbour of mine the gentleman said he had one so I went and looked at it The chair was perfect so I explained it as very urgent as the lady was very poorly! Remarkably the chair was delivered by 2 pm the same day !!! Amazing service thank you !!
