I booked a mini valet online for £33 and turned up. I was then told it would cost me £80 as my car was excessively dirty. They were incredibly rude and I felt very uncomfortable. I understand my car was dirty and needed a clean, hence why it was there! If they had been more polite I might have stayed but I ended up driving off and cleaning it myelf. Wouldn't go back.
