From our first visit to the store to look for a sofa, to the actual delivery of the item, we have dealt with a number of very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous staff, particularly Steven Corns, who helped us with our initial enquiry in store, and also supplied us with coffee! Our first purchase from Doorway to Value, but probably not the last. Thanks to everyone in store and the lovely delivery men.

Disappointed bought a glass corner unit when it arrived it looked a different colour so I sent it back the sales manager sai I would be charged 130 pounds to cancel the unit was 595 I said can I have a credit note and I will buy more furniture from the store he sai d no I would lose 130 but he would give me some discount but not 130 I feel this is bad customer service the unit was in a dark corner of the store when I bought it when it arrived I was shocked that it looked different I was being fair buy saying I would buy other goods I went to another furniture store and spent over 2500 I the sales manager made an error by not helping me so be careful don't buy the furniture in the dark corners

Following further communication with the store I am happy to say that matters were satisfactorily resolved by way of repair making good the damage. UPDATE ABOVE Poor customer service following sale. ‘Expensive’ dining table purchased which wasn’t fit for purpose, ‘thin’ top layer of base. Accused of ‘mistreating’ item. 😡
