Very happy customer We’ve had a survey before placing the order as we didn’t want to get the doors in the wrong measurements. The engineer who came was really helpful and knowledgeable. He explained us all the technical details. He was also very patient as we had a lot of questions. The whole team did a fantastic job. We love our new doors and are very happy with them. Waiting 6 months for a door to be told it would be installed next week to then find out upon me calling them, that its still another month away. No updates, no communication don’t seem to care at all. Thanks for the response, but your customer service was a disgraced. I was lied to, given the run around and no one bothered to update me at any given point. Most people would understand delays but your customer service was atrocious. For a premium cost that you charge, you need to overhaul your sales department.

Anyone who is considering parting with their money in this company should seriously think about it. I put down a deposit and half the money for 4 doors SEVEN months ago and am still waiting. I have had TWO updates only to say there has been further delays and an almost throw away apology. When I got really fed up, I texted them to let them know how I felt, I did this twice and both time totally ignored. I am still waiting, still being ignored and have no idea who to contact.if anyone out there feels the same can you help?.
