We have had a very positive experience with Mike and his team. We have had 3 sets of internal doors fitted. The carpenters Rhys and Morgan were amazing and did an excellent job fitting the doors. The doors were made to measure and high quality and the communication was great. Thank you Mike we are really pleased

Genuinely the least reliable tradesman I’ve ever dealt with, always the same excuses each time we tried to enquire about why a typical 4 week delivery turned a 5 month wait. The owner/manager or whoever we spoke to in store was always dodging the questions about why it’s taking so long and was always blaming someone else. No communication received from anyone in charge. Go somewhere else, not worth the money or the hassle.

Avoid this shop! They took my money and have not delivered a door I've waited 3 months for! Every week another excuse, and no explanation or compensation. This is the worst service I have ever received. It's an absolute joke that this place is still in business... I'm in the process of getting Trading Standards involved.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! They have taken advantage of my mother. She’s paid for a door, and asked for it to be resized, which they agreed. This was months ago. Months of calls and emails being ignored. I have been down there myself and found a lacklustre and unprofessional service from top to bottom. A request for a full refund will shortly be made, and if not, legal action will be pursued. Business is currently overdue with their accounts, so something tells me this business will be closing before long. Don’t give them any money as there’s a very good chance you won’t see an end product.

Extremely unreliable trader. So disappointed to be writing this review. Ordered and paid in full for a Salerno oak and glass door. Said delivery would be in 2 weeks. Rang on the Saturday (2 weeks had elapsed). Advised damaged door had been sent and another door would be delivered to me the following Tuesday. Rang on the Tuesday - driver hadn't turned up - will ring you back. I rang again on the Wednesday - driver hasn't turned up - will ring you back. I had to ring again on the Thursday. Advised your door is here we will fit it for free next week. Supposed to fit it last Friday - unsurprisingly no show. I telephoned and telephoned eventually rang the other shop - door was supposedly damaged again!! Went down to the Cardiff shop on Saturday - will say I had no trouble getting a refund - were supposed to call again today with a brand new door -again no show! Never return calls - do not use this company. Thought we would give the trade to a relatively small, local company. We were going to order 6 new doors for our upstairs too but sadly will not now be giving them our custom.
