The had lots of choice and the prices looked reasonable. I orders six doors. The doors were of good quality. I inspected them on arrival but did not remove any of the protective cardboard to keep them in good condition until the carpenter came - which was 6 weeks later. When the carpenter removed the cardboard he noted the 4 of the 6 doors were damaged. Three were minor impacts that he planed out. But one had had a serious bash and indentation. I immediately contacted Door & More who refused a replacement due to the time delay. 4 out of 6 with damage seems a poor effort and their inflexibility was annoying give the circumstances.

Order 7 doors, I was emailed and informed 5 were out of stock after I had paid online. Still waiting for my refund after cancelling the order. Clearly not capable of providing a great service 🙄

Website shows stock of items that they don't have. Highly infuriating when you have looked at many suppliers and have even paid more money to get the doors as they were shown in stock. Emailed customer services for a delivery date, a response never came, then had to chase on the phone whilst being put on hold for over 10 mins to be told that there was a mistake with their systems and did not have stock of the 2 doors ordered, they were only showing 1! Was this even true you have to ask? why companies insist on showing stock they don't have is beyond me, all you do is annoy your customers and will make sure i don't shop with yourselves again. Not even an email to say my order had been delayed, just left me the customer chase my product and to find out what was happening with it. Doors were part of a care home upgrade, which has now caused issues with timescales due to misleading information shown on their site. order cancelled and asked to be refunded.

Atrocious customer service. So far my order has been, out of stock, held up in the port, delayed due to bad weather, with the courier, back at the warehouse. Do not use if your in any hurry. I cant comment on the quality as I've yet to receive a single item nearly 2 months after ordering.
