Brilliant company. Super helpful on the phone, came and looked at my garage and provided a quote quickly. The Team came to fit today and Ollie and Corbyn were amazing, really great lads who did a professional instal, tidied up then ran me through how everything works. It was super smooth, quick, easy and the finished set up is awesome. (An electric roller door, so quiet compared to the old chain up-and-over mechanism!). My photo nothing like the professional shots, but I wanted to share - if you are considering a new garage door set up, they are second to none. Good knowledge, great price and quality installation team 👍

About the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I should have known better to trust a company that wants to take 100% payment before installation. The door was not the correct size to fit the opening and rather than replace the door they moaned about how much money it would cost them to replace and I was forced into accepting a solution I was not happy with. If you are looking for a new garage door I strongly advise to look elsewhere.

Found Doormatic Garage Doors by doing a Google search and having read the reviews went ahead and made my enquiry. From enquiry, surveyor visit and fitting by Alex and Ben the whole process was with ease and no stress. The quality of my Sectional Garage door is so worth what I paid and looks impressive. Glides smoothly, quietly and quickly!! After fitting, Alex and Ben explained how to take care and look after the door and did a good job in clearing up after themselves. Will definitely consider using Doormatic again!
