Quite simply Eva’s reflexology treatment was heaven. I will definitely be booking again and referring other people to her for treatment. It’s not just about relaxation though. Eva welcomes you into a lovely environment before running through your medical history. She does this with a friendly humour whilst still being precise and professional. The treatment was great, never once did I feel I wasn’t in good ‘hands’. The follow up after the treatment was interesting, explained clearly and really demonstrated that Eva knows her stuff about reflexology. All that and a goody bag too! I can honestly say it was a great decision to go and see Eva for reflexology. If you’re humming and ahh-ing about booking just do it. You won’t regret it. Andy

Attended first full session after a taster session earlier in the year. And wow, unbelievably good. I can only say I have never felt so stress-free, calm and relaxed. I walked out without a care in the world and felt positive about the improvements to some of the issues I have. Eva picked up on some undisclosed issues (which amazes me and provided me with proof of this working, no question). The environment where the session took place and Eva's friendly, easy-going personality and professional manner put me at ease instantly. I had received a gift voucher as a Christmas present. When booking I mentioned I'd be getting the train, and Eva sent me detailed directions to hers from the station, which was really helpful. Eva was welcoming and her treatment room is lovely and peaceful; all in all this was an enjoyable experience.

Eva is a lovely lady who makes you feel welcome and relaxed as soon as you walk into her lovely treatment room. Having contacted her hoping she could help me with menopause symptoms, primarily hot flushes, sleep issues and mood swings, I have had one session so far. This first session included a really comprehensive medical history and then she worked on the whole of my feet to get me "balanced". I felt amazing at the end of the session and have booked my next one. I'm sure my flushes are happening slightly less often and my sleep has improved already so I'm sure she will get me right back on track soon. I can't recommend Eva enough and these sessions will certainly be a big part of my self care.

I began reflexology with Eva whilst I was pregnant after looking into the benefits that it offers. It gave my time to ensure that I stopped and took time out to relax which was essential during my pregnancy. It really helped with easing my symptoms and the strain that it puts on your body. The benefits were amazing and something that I will definitely continue with for recovery and some much needed me time in motherhood.
