Both the quality and the pricing of the goods, as well as the fitting costs are good. Paul deals with the sales side of things and has been extremely helpful. He is happy to suggest alternatives and explore all aspects to make sure you order what you need. Nothing is too difficult and the customer service both at point of sale and aftersales is first class. Looking for something bespoke they will find it for you. Not many companies these days offer the one to one customer service as Paul and his company do. I don't do many reviews but felt it important with this company and I do highly recommend to anyone.     Needed two new internal doors. Door Store were very easy to deal with, once I described what I was after they suggested a few options of what they had available plus a few extra I hadn't considered. When the original choice I ordered was not going to be in stock until November, they even offered me a discount on some other doors as an apology. Once chosen, fitment date was picked, Lloyd came round and did a terrific job of installation and was done and dusted in a few hours. He even suggested some changes that we hadn't considered which made a big difference. Whole experience from start to finish was great, no complaints whatsoever. Only company as well that I could find locally who also offered fitment alongside purchase. Thoroughly recommended.
