In 2017 đł I brought in 3 sapphires from the Byzantine ring my daughterâs Father had given me to commemorate her birth; as Iâd wanted these stones to be reset into a pendant. As I had no idea how these stones could/should be reset, Donna suggested they sketch a few designs. We reviewed these, with my daughter choosing the âpeapodâ setting. (It was also my favourite). My original intention had been to present the Pendant to my daughter, at her Nursing Degree Graduation. ThenâŚ.. I endured both Câs. And time ticked by. This Easter đŁ yes, March 2023, way past the initial Degree, and two Masters later; I collected the Pendant! To say âcollectionâ was an emotional appointment, is an understatement as not only did this beautiful piece of jewellery exceed my expectations, the compassion & care from Donna & her husband, were heartfelt & very much appreciated; tissues were also at the ready. They really did go above and beyond, they truly are Masters at work. Thank you from the bottom of my heart â¤ď¸ Lucy

I approached Donna Laine Fine Jewellery to see if they could repair or repurpose a very sentimental signet ring that was my Grandmothers and that had become so worn to the point of breaking. Right from the start, Donna and Helen talked me through all the options available and understood my concerns and worries. We decided to go for a replica ring with the original incorporated into the shank. The ring had an intricate engraving in Cyrillic script which also was a factor. Throughout the process, I was kept fully informed and they worked so hard to get the ring just right for me. I picked it up today and it is beyond what I expected! I am so thrilled with my new ring that also contains my grandmothers original ring and the engraving is spot on. I highly recommend Donna Laine Fine Jewellery for anyone who wants to invigorate a special piece of Jewellery they have!

I was so impressed and grateful for the service I received. They waited for me to return from being away to get my engagement ring resized so that I could get it back in time for Christmas. They resized it perfectly and were very reasonably priced compared to other places! The service was fantastic and so prompt. Couldnât thank them enough. *Since revisited to get my wedding ring from them. Again, canât thank Donna and her team enough for their help in finding me the perfect ring. Would only ever go to this jewellers from now on!
