Terrible service, I paid for a gearbox and propshaft for a Ford transit. The parts never arrived, I have been told multiple times that they are on route or will be delivered the next day. Two weeks later still nothing and now no one is answering the phones or emails, no refund has been given! Avoid !

Paid near £4000 for a euro 6 Mercedes sprinter engine and euro 5 DPF on 4 February. After a catalogue of excuses I received delivery around a month later of a euro 5 engine and euro 6 DPF!! Told me it was impossible I had received a euro 5 engine but eventually acknowledged it was incorrect. Tony at Doncaster van breakers arranged uplift of the wrong engine but to date (15th March!) has kept my money. Been promised a refund for weeks, each week there’s another excuse, another lie. I strongly recommend against purchasing anything from this company.

I needed a replacement gearbox. I contacted this breakers business and gave them my vehicle details. They checked their stock, confirmed they had my gearbox in stock and delivered very quickly. The box was clean and when installed by my local mechanic it ran perfect. I would use this yard again.
