I joined the club towards the end of 2018. I had no experience in scuba diving what so ever. The instructors and all other club members are supporting, friendly, and great teachers. Im now a qualified ocean diving and loving my new hobby, I would encourage anyone to give it a go.

A lovely club! Friendly members and a great club to learn to dive with. Doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a pro, there is something for everyone. The instructors are really patient and friendly. The trips away are always good fun and you get to see things you would never have imagined! They have some great social events at the clubhouse and family and friends are always welcome.

I have been a member of Doncaster Sub Aqua Club for the last year. A great bunch of people that make you feel really welcome. As a new member I went out on the club boat 'Sparrow Hawk' numerous times last year and enjoyed some fantastic dives.

I’ll start with the positives of being a member here. Air fills are included in your membership and Nitrox and Helium are offered at discounted prices. The club has a decent rib which could be used (it wasn’t taken out this year though). Socials are organised and there is a club house where cheap drinks can be purchased. The club has access to a pool every other Wednesday of a month. However, most of my diving was organised independently this year. The mega downfall of the club is the fact that there are too many internal politics and it is very clicky. Certain members end up are becoming valued more than others. If you want to be a member of a dive club which is inclusive and values you as an individual, try somewhere else as it isn’t guaranteed here.
