The worst hospital in the country. They abuse patients and leave them to rot without informing or updating your GP. My mother was diagnosed with dementia and this hospital left her to rot for over two years with no follow up appointment. They refuse to refer you to other hospitals. And they diagnose patients with the wrong ailments and say its all in your head and send you round in circles, but when you question them they show negative egotistical attitudes and think they have a right to talk down to you even though you are a taxpayer and they are essentially working for you. Everyone of my family have had a negative experience from this place. It just treats everyone like a number and doesnt show care, compassion and doesnt present anything remotely trustworthy. This hospital needs new management and the doctors need training on how to talk with patients and leaving their arrogance at the door.

The disabled driver couldn't get parked for an appointment due to no blue badge drivers taking up all the disabled spots. She parked in the empty spot and the Tesla parked over her to stop her getting out or getting her chair in the car. She couldn't get a normal spot because they are up or down hills. Which are impossible in a wheelchair on her own.

Bloody awful. Given a date for urgent colonoscopy. They phoned the day before and asked me if I could come in an hour earlier to fill a cancellation. Came in 25 mins early and sat for almost two hours. Nil by mouth for over 24 hours following their bowel prep. Diabetic, didn't care kept waiting. Finally got see put on trolley and was told can't do it as the awful bowel prep I got was incorrect. Absolutely awful - didn't care, told to come back in May sometime. No apology, no nothing. I've always defended the NHS. No more. They need a manager in there to rectify their appalling organisation. Too many standing around chatting.
