After falling sick, suspecting i may have Covid symptoms (i had no available testing kits.) I tried to contact my work coach to arrange my appt by phone instead, to which they never replied. I had 2 choices: 1. To stay at home, potentially get sanctioned and starve to death. 2. Go to the Jobcenter while feeling unwell. (i also expected there to be facemasks there, which there weren't.) The Security guard approached me, i told him about my situation. The toxicity i had to deal with was awful, he started treating me like a dog.. He even told me to "sit" as he pointed at a chair. JCP will sanction you for anything if given the chance, so in this scenario, i had to look after number 1. It's not my fault the employees are so incompetent. If they weren't so ruthless with sanctions, i would have stayed at home.

I was assigned to meeting various employers in a particular field, almost like "speed jobbing", which was new to me. This is where various firms employ candidates from within the room of potential jobseekers, and possibly come out with a job at the end of the session. I just wish to "thank" Rachel who was the Jobcentre`s Official who kept me informed of the procedure and talking to me, advising me etc. She is a lovely, knowledgeable lady who was in constant contact to help me along seeing the employers and giving me guidance. Thank You.
