Went in at the end of January 2023 and sat with Carl and went through my extensive list of needs (being 6ft5 doesn't make car buying easy) I Had some extensive concerns about PCP, but Carl took the time & effort to walk through my concerns and where applicable showed me various additional policies that would ease my worries. So after a great test drive it was the easiest decision to place an order on the CX5 2.0 Exclusive line Auto. Lots of updates and teasing videos from Carl once the car was with him, overall communication was perfect. Excellent handover and my 1st week with the CX5 has been super. Carl is absolutely 5*. Hopefully the 1st of many purchases through Donald's Mazda.
