I have just bought a Mazda 3 from Paul. I can not recommend this garage and Paul anymore highly than this but I would if I could. A no hassle no haggle process with no pressure. Paul got me the car I wanted the test drive was without Paul so just me and my wife in the car, I found the refreshing as we could talk over the drive without a sales man. Mazda let the car talk for it self. Paul hads called after to check everything was ok. There were no extra or admin fees just very simple and clear. Also and most importantly the car is a joy to drive, I drive for work and have found the extras as standard fantastic. Thanks Paul hope you see the review me and Kerry were very happy with the service

14 weeks…. that’s how long I’ve been waiting, calling, emailing to get the dealership to send over a copy of the service record for the car I purchased, before finally having to go to head office. I have given up trying to get the other issues with my vehicle sorted. Mike Coe and his team inc. Paul Rae are nothing more than stereotypical cowboy used car salesmen with just the Mazda warranty giving them a facade of credibility. My advice - go anywhere else but here.

Purchased a car from Paul Rae at Donalds Mazda and couldn't have asked for a better, smoother or more customer-focussed experience. Paul was super-helpful, really switched on and made the whole experience seamless, even when there was a Bank Holiday weekend involved. Really impressed by the fair pricing, generous part exchange and easy sales process. Car is pristine inside and out and drives really well. Really impressed and sad we live too far away to return to Donalds for ongoing service and maintenance. Great service and great car. Thank you.

It started with one star ...... Adam who is a salesman there took over from a previous salesman who promised a new car in a few weeks to nope a few months to its not even been built yet.... frustrating or what, like I said Adam took over, a very friendly young man who was a delight to deal with and if was not for him I'd say avoid like the plague.
