Just had Don Valley Windows again to fit a new bay window in the bedroom. Has always the guys have done a brilliant job and I am very happy with the finish. They are a great team of guys who turn up on the day and time given, crack on with the job and clear up any mess made. Have used them before for new windows and front door and would definitely would recommend. Well done!

After having 2 doors fitted by Don Valley windows I have had problems with my stable door. So contacted Lewis to report the problem with a promise of a call out that never came. So after numerous messages and calls someone came out and and it was found the middle lock was faulty letting rain pour in through the lock that was April I’m still waiting after lots of calls to the office I spoke to a lady who assured me I’d get a call back it never came. Messages left on the answering machine still no call back. And after yesterdays downpour I’ve yet again had a flooded kitchen this is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review. So frustrating

Don Valley Windows gave a competitive quote. Lewis came out to quote but the other companies never came out to us. Was given a date for the fitting and they stuck to it. Fitters took about 2 hours. Two nice guys. The composite door looks really good. No deposit required. Can pay by credit card. Highly recommended
