Awful customer service. Not welcoming staff and management. Not recommended at all. And I never ever be abusive to any staff. The reply by Don Pollo is a lie to reduce focus to their own low standard customer services. Instead if I would be them, they would contact the customer directly to discuss any difficult experience customer had. Instead of blaming customers with a lie.

Popped in here for the first time today with our cousin (recommended by him) blown away with the options there's so much choice it's amazing, I had the wings with the mild sauce and wow they were so so tasty ! The boys had two different types of loaded fries, great portions and came out super speedy, we were even talking about coming here again next week. We were gonna go to McDonald's for a mcflurry but we decided to stay and order a couple Sundays instead, unfortunately it took 20 minutes for them to come, our cousin actually ordered 5 mins before us, so I popped up to ask how long they would be they went to check and came to let us know they wouldn't be long they arrived not long after at the same time, they were lovely when they arrived and a huge size but the staff member didn't apologise for the wait or anything and just put them down. It was really quiet you could tell as all the staff were standing having a wee chat (which we all do when there's nothing else to do) but it just seemed they forgot about our order until we asked. Food has never disappointed. I would recommend sitting in rather than a takeaway the food is definitely better. Great choice of desserts too. It is full off young people though of you are looking for a more mature environment this isn't the place. Kid-friendliness: More geared towards children and young adults fast food.
