The rooms are extremely old and dirty, never been in such a horrible place. The moquette is full of spots and so is the desk and the walls. The staff is rude. The location of the building is very bad.

(Translated by Google) 2022.11.09 If I could choose, I would never choose here again Absolutely true review, if you are coming from abroad, be sure to read my review first! ! ! First, the public security in this area is more chaotic than other areas, and you should pay more attention to safety when entering and leaving at night. Second, the cost here is high, 295 pounds a week, and I pay 43660 a month in Taiwan dollars. Third, the environment is very bad a. The room is very humid when you come in b. There are only shutters in the windows at night, and I have stair lights outside that won't go out, so I can't sleep at all c. The heating is not warm at all d. The sheet material is hard, if the skin is prone to allergies, you have to bring your own e. The equipment feels like it has a certain age, and the elevator button is broken. Ask them how to use it. He said "you can go downstairs" f-1. The smell of the toilet is very unpleasant, really unpleasant, the kind that don't want to stay longer The whole shower head of the f-2 shower is rusted, and the fixed type cannot be replaced The f-3 shower room is only separated by a curtain, but there is no sill below, so as long as the shower head is turned on, the water will be left on the outside floor f-4 The whole bathroom only has drainage holes in the shower. Yes, the water that flows to the outside cannot be drained. The water after the shower is left on the carpet outside, so the whole room becomes very stinky. Word of mouth is useless, see photos for details I asked the agent to help me run a language school (Stafford House London), which is the dormitory that the language school cooperates with. I have already responded to the agent on the first day, the reception center here on the second day, and also the language school. The school explained that it will be dealt with, but there is still no deal with it, if there is any new deal, I will provide an update as soon as possible We haven't slept for three consecutive days, and studying abroad does give us such a quality of rest, which leads to tossing and turning. If you want your overseas trip to be smooth, you can carefully consider whether you want to stay in this student dormitory.

This is a shame! The room in Don Gratton that was given to my daughter was long time dirty and this is how we found it when my daughter checked in on 10 September. There were at first sight two maintenance problems in the room. One with the closet door, which could hardly be opened and the other with the shower that was splashing all over the bathroom. All these due to the complete lack of maintenance. The shared kitchen was also dirty and the kitchen cupboard was rickety. There was dirt everywhere, on the floor, on the walls, and on every surface. The whole building has a mold odour(!!!) and there is mold in the bathroom of the ensuite. Needless to say that these are highly unhealthy conditions. These are definitely not the facilities and room we paid for. We feel deceived not only by the medieval conditions provided at such a high cost, but also by the way London nest communicated with us and demanded immediate prepayment of the first instalment within 24 hours in order for us to secure the room. This is a shame! Date of experience: 10 September 2022

I have been staying here in the 2020/2021 academic year and I have some reviews about this place: 1- The rooms there have some issues, in which you have to repeatedly contact the reception to fix those problems, however the staff there are unprofessional and it takes much time for the issues to be addressed 2- the common room is small and sometimes even closed 3- there are many better accomodations around in the area (whitechapel) 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
