Dreadful service, awful delivery driver and the customer service is just as shocking. They refused to bring my food up one floor to my door, bare in mind I have 2 lifts or stairs. They then rang me to say they wouldn't bring it up (I'd put it in the drivers notes before placing order) , so he said that I would have go either leave my newborn alone in the apartment (I was alone and she was sleeping, I did explain this to them) and come and get the food or just get a refund, so I said I'll take a refund, then 30 minuites later they kept ringing me and saying come down youre not getting a refund, long story short he came up an hour after when my pizza was horrible and cold and deliveried it. Stay far away from them.
