Service is atrocious and staff are awful. Had to explain three times to the person taking the orders - before he could understand what I was staying and use the til correctly- omg! Even when another staff member then took over and took my order - she still got it wrong and we went home with the wrong side dish ! Food was mediocre - next time will just go to Fireaway pizza whitton village - opposite instead - where while the pizza is not domino’s - at least the service is good, the order is correct and the staff speak English!

it's ran by a nasty piece of work called Mo/Mohammed. He spits in people's food. one time, some elderly lady got a bit confused and was a over the top, but I don't think she meant any harm. Mo overheard the call and said to her, "not to worry", he preceded to spit all over her pizza and I do not wish to say which orfice her wedges came out of. The lady was clearly just a bit old/confused with how to use the app on her phone, we were trying to help her do so over the phone. Mo said she's a time waster and continued to spit all over the order. It was so vile. it seemed a bit of an extreme punishment... she's a customer. This happened loads of times. One time as an initiation ceremony of new staff, he asked that they use dough bases as toilet roll and then serve them to customers! It was absolutely disgusting and vile, when I left this place my life has never been better since! vile man.

Probably one of the worst experiences ordering using the Domino’s app for the first time. I order and get an estimated time of collection for 10-15 minutes. I get there after 15 minutes. The app says ready. But when I speak to the staff to find out the status of my order, one of my pizza’s is just sitting on the side not even cooked. So I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. Absolute shambles. Definitely won’t be ordering again from the app or even this branch.

I placed an order for collection and when I got home and open the box it was a different pizza. I called them and they said I have to go and collect another one and didn’t offer a refund… or even apologise. I was very disappointed as I had guest as home. I would have given no star if there was an option.
