i hosted a party and one of my pizzas did not turn up, i called up to complain and they ridiculed me, stripped me of my dignity, and put the phone down on me. The gentleman that answered the phone said word for word ‘this is your response’ and put the phone down. I am fuming harrowed, and shellshocked, i have lost all faith in this company and am appalled by the experience i received. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE‼️‼️‼️‼️

I called them for an order. The employee who answered said that they couldn't hear me, despite me being in a quiet place. (I double the connection was an issue as I heard them clearly.) Once I finally was able to tell them my what I wanted, they told me they'd check with another employee - I waited for over two minutes with no updates, and they hung up on me. I don't mind the waiting, but 'no' would've been nice. Worst phone service ever - I would advise calling another Domino's location if you ever have an inquiry over the phone.
