After an hour I called. Had to call three times to get an answer. Was then told there were 4 delivery drivers to deal with 30+ orders. I can understand a surge in orders but only 4 drivers is a schedule issue the manager could have dealt with in advance. The person who did answer the phone was quite abrupt with me (he was under pressure so understandable) but have me an estimate of 20 mins to 2 hours. Not exactly an accurate estimate of time. Told me there was only 3 staff making food. Again the manager dropped the ball here on staffing. This branch need new management who actually know how to run and staff the place.

Just contacted the Docklands store asking about an order (placed 1 hour 23 minutes ago) just for an update. Was told by the manager to go f myself for not being f ing patient enough. He then hung up on me. I tried calling back finding out he blocked my number.
